To train qualified, motivated dental assistants to run a “Cerec Schedule”, completing high quality restorations with minimal stress in a reasonable amount of time, educating patients, and freeing up doctor time.
Much of the process can and should be delegated. The doctor will have confidence that the assistant can handle most concerns and the doctor only has to provide hands on care when legally or ethically responsible to do so.
